I have just come across a photograph that shows the government quarters where we stayed in the early 1960's (Quarters No.4) and next to it the government quarters where the historical Mango tree was planted. This discovery ends my search for a clear photographic evidence of the tree and its location. The tree is still standing even at this point of writing.
